Everything is energy.

There is no real space or time. We only truly exist in the ever present now and we are all connected. This concept allows me to connect directly to you and access your body's wisdom regardless of distance or time. I only need the your full name, date of birth and current photo in order for me to connect and do the session.  You don't need to do anything in particular at the time of the session, either, just as with all the sessions you must provide permission.

Once completed, I will send you my session notes with an audio review of what exactly came up in the session and all the formulas, links and body parts balanced.
